The professional way to send your files and folders to us.
Whenever possible we’d like you to submit your files as print ready PDFs. See the Creation Tips links below to help you get the best possible PDFs out of the three most common pieces of design software available today: Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop. If you are using another piece of software that allows you to export or print to PDFs, please try to use similar settings.
If you are using an Adobe product, we have a free export settings file you can download here (help for loading PDF settings file:
PDF PRESETS) Importing this file into your software and selecting it before exporting your PDFs will give you the best results in terms of resolution (ideally 300dpi and above), bleed (ideally 1/8” on all four sides of your artwork), and colorspace (CMYK).
You can also package (make sure to include all fonts and images) and ZIP or compress your working files and send those. We can work in most major software platforms, including Adobe CS3 and later, Adobe CC, Quark 8 or 9, and some others. If you’re not sure, please ask!
We know you’re not all designer or software experts. We’re here to help. If you get stuck or have any questions, you can always email our support team at firstname.lastname@example.org, try our Live Chat (Click on LIVE SUPPORT at the top), or call our support team on the phone at 855-KLIQ-NOW (855-554-7669).
